Noida, Noida extension, Greater Noida, Yamuna expressway – These are some of the addresses which have several advantages tag attached to it. Noida being one of the best residential and commercial hubs has perfect connectivity through  metro and road transportation. Since more and more corporate biggies and business houses are shifting towards this end, hence the demand of ready to move properties in Noida is also going up. But when it comes to rentals, no doubt sites at expressways are much more efficient. This is also one of the reasons which is making residential properties on Yamuna Expressway, a most sought after option for one and all. Dwarka, Gurgaon, Manesar – these are some of the newly developed locations of the NCR.
